By accessing or using SkinFade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You are responsible for making sure your use of SkinFade is lawful in your location.
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use SkinFade. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account.
Permitted Use
SkinFade is provided for personal hairstyle visualization and barber reference planning. You may upload photos and prompts only if you have the rights and consent needed to use them. Generated results are AI previews and should not be treated as professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Prohibited Content And Conduct
You may not use SkinFade to create, upload, request, or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, or non-consensual content. NSFW content is not allowed, including nudity, pornography, sexual services, sexualized AI imagery, or sexual content involving minors.
You may not use the service to impersonate another person, violate privacy or publicity rights, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass safety systems, scrape the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use SkinFade in a way that could make the product ineligible for mainstream payment processing.
Credits, Billing, And Stripe Checkout
SkinFade may sell credits for digital AI generation access. Prices, credit amounts, validity periods, and plan details are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout, and SkinFade does not store full card numbers.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are for digital access and are not automatically refundable. If a generation fails and our systems can verify the failure, SkinFade may return credits to your account.
AI Results And Availability
AI outputs may be inaccurate, imperfect, delayed, unavailable, or different from your expectations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including models, features, pricing, storage periods, or credit rules.
Ownership And License
You keep whatever rights you have in the photos and prompts you submit. You grant SkinFade a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and store your submitted content as needed to operate the service, provide generated results, maintain safety, and support your account.
Termination And Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, refuse generation requests, or limit features if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if continued use could create risk for SkinFade, users, partners, or payment processors.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
SkinFade is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement. SkinFade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
