We collect information you provide directly, such as your account email, support messages, uploaded photos, prompts, selected hairstyle settings, and generated results. We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser language, usage events, approximate region, and logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
If you buy credits, payment details are processed by Stripe. SkinFade does not store your full card number.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the AI preview service, authenticate accounts, generate and display results, manage credits and orders, process support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Photos And Generated Images
Uploaded photos and prompts are used to generate the hairstyle previews you request. Generated images may be stored for a limited period so you can view, download, or delete them from your account. We do not sell your uploaded photos or publish your private generated images as public marketing assets without permission.
Payments
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Stripe may process payment method details, transaction data, fraud prevention signals, tax information, dispute information, and related billing data according to Stripe's own terms and privacy notices.
Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate SkinFade, such as hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, analytics, security, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Your Rights And Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. EU/UK users may have GDPR-style rights, and some U.S. state residents, including California residents, may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain uses. Retention, Security, And Children

SkinFade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
